CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUNDS

If you decide to cancel a service, you will not be charged for it, or you will be refunded if the service was paid for in advance, provided that the cancellation was made a minimum of 24 hours prior. Any service cancelled within less time than mentioned above will be charged at the full rate.
